- We are the only NOT FOR PROFIT association of landlords letting mainly residential property in the Yorkshire Coast area.
- Anyone renting residential property in the Yorkshire Coast area is welcome to join.
Although most members reside in the Scarborough and Bridlington areas, anyone within the Yorkshire coast area is welcome. From Whitby in the north to Hull in the south and York to the west.
